In 2021 I got the nudge to start teaching about my spiritual self care practice. I responded “who me?” Though my ego was telling me I was unqualified even as a Reiki Master, start before you’re ready is a good motto to follow to push aside ego’s fear barriers. I launched this series of lessons in 2021 on my Patreon with the intention to stop at 12 and have just kept going. It’s turned into a sweet class and I’ve got even more brewing.
I began my spiritual practice fifteen years ago and it has woven into some of my most potent self care work. Surrendering to the Divine mystery and opening myself up to spiritual help has created so much peace and ease for me, as I hope it will for you! It feels vulnerable to post about this because it’s so intimate. But as with everything on my blog, podcast and patreon it’s with the intention to help you, which helps me get through the vulnerability.
As with all things, take what you like/what resonates and leave the rest. These are all just what I do; I’ve gathered and sifted from what I’ve learned from others and from my guides. Develop your own practice that nourishes you! And you don’t need to follow the Zodiac seasons, you can just do what interests you. I used that as a framework for creation when I got this curriculum started.
