Notes
For frozen banana--once a banana is getting yellow to brown I split it up into four chunks and put it in a ziplock bag in the freezer. Ideally 24 hours frozen before you use it for this recipe so it gives you that good good ice cream texture!I'm a total protein snob and I found the greatest plant protein in the world. No sugar, nothing artificial just 21g of goooood chia seed/pea protein/brown rice protein. If you want to buy it I'm a brand rep--email me fatkiddanceparty at gmail dot com and I will set you up!Using protein after I work out or after I have stressed out my nervous system has been a game changer for my muscle recovery and how my body feels. Coming up with this delicious pumpkin pie shake was so fun!
